Almost 6 years later I still have not been able to satisfy that feeling that something is missing. I own my own business, home, great friends, strong relationships, amazing family, etc. Some would say I am living the “American Dream” but yet something is still missing. With much soul searching and reflecting I realized the times that I am truly the happiest is when I am traveling, hiking, enjoying the outdoors and encountering the unknown. Could it be that I just realized my calling? Do I have to wait until retirement to achieve my goal of buying an RV and traveling the world?
After thinking long and hard about it, I realized I don’t have to be retired to make this happen. I started doing research and found out there are many people out there that are not retired that live the outdoor, traveling, RV life. That is my calling. Because of this realization I am going to do what makes me happy and start my new life. I have decided that unlike all my other travels over the years, what I am doing needs to be documented. It is my goal to help other people who have had the same struggle as me, people just getting started, people wanting to travel and need recommendations, or just people who like to live vicariously through other people.
