Project Description

National Park bound day couldn’t have come soon enough after spending 3 weeks in Vegas.  Now, I know that may come as a surprise to some of you since “everyone” loves Vegas but not this girl.  Vegas is fun for a night or two, but that’s about it.  I guess it didn’t help that I love nature, outdoors, peace, etc and I was borderline in a ghetto area where the RV sites were so packed you couldn’t even have a patio area or put out your awning.  On top of that, pulling out of the park you had to be careful not to hit a prostitute out strolling the streets.  (Slight over exaggeration, that only happened once.  But I heard stories.)

This was probably the longest 3 weeks I have ever experienced so when this day came, you can say I was elated to hit the road.  On top of that we were heading out to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park.  I was about to be able to cross 2 National Parks off of my bucket list and I couldn’t wait to see what all the fuss was about.
