This recipe is a unique and healthy twist on the classic chili recipe. Make this recipe in a pressure cooker and have your meal ready in 25-30 minutes.

 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 yellow onion
 2 cloves of garlic
 2 tsp ground cumin
 1 lb ground buffalo
 1 ½ tbsp chili powder
 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 56 oz whole tomatoes & juice (2 - 28oz cans)
 1 ½ cups beef stock
 4 oz tomato paste
 30 oz white/navy beans - rinsed and drained (2 - 15.5oz cans)

Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft, about 8 minutes.

Add the cumin and let it cook for a minute. Add the buffalo and break it up well with a wooden spoon.

Put the chili powder, cacao powder, salt, cinnamon, beef stock, beans, tomato sauce and the tomatoes in to the power pressure cooker. Break up the tomatoes with a wooden spoon.

Add the meat and onions to the pressure cooker.

Put the Power Pressure Cooker on bean/lentil setting and adjust time to 12-15 minutes.
