 ½ cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 F

2

Spray loaf pans with cooking oil. 2 mini pans or 1 large pan. I personally like the little ones.

3

Whisk together dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking soda) in a bowl and set aside.

4

Whisk together the pumpkin puree, honey, avocado oil, eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

5

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter in to loaf pan/pans. You could make this in to muffins if you wish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes in a full size loaf pan or 30-35 in mini loaf pans. Insert a toothpick to ensure they are done. If the toothpick comes out clean the loaves are done.
